Placing an order on Loveandchic.cm is easy. Just follow these simple steps.
Finding Products
By using the menus on of the left side of the page, you can browse Loveandchic.com by Brand, Category, and type of product. You can also search for a specific item by using the "Search", located in the upper right-hand corner on every page of the store. To access more information about a product, click on the image, the name of the product, and you will be taken to the item's product detail page. Using The Shopping Bag
To place a product in your shopping cart, select size and quantity, and then click the "add to cart " button on the right side of the product detail page. Use the menus on the left to continue browsing, or click "place and order" to complete your order. Remember, by clicking the link in the upper bar of your screen, you may view your shopping bag at any time. This allows you to add, change or delete items whenever you like.
Purchasing
When you're ready to complete your order, be sure to review all of the items you've placed in your shopping cart. If you decide that you don't want a particular product, change the quantity of this item you do not wish to purchase to”0” and press “update” button below . Once you have all the items you wish to purchase, click the "PLACE AN ORDER BUTTON" button.
For credit card and Paypal orders, the name and address for the billing must match the information on the credit card or Paypal account. If not, the order cannot be processed until the proper information is received. The "Ship To" address must also be the same as your credit card billing address. This is for your safety and ours.
If you wish to ship your order to a different address (as a gift for example), You must call Your Credit Card company to add an additional "Ship To" address, then provide the alternate address and Your bank/credit card's phone number on the back of the card in the order notes so we can verify the information. If the address and phone number are not provided in the order notes, we can only ship to the billing address! Verification may cause a slight delay in the shipment of the order. To help expedite the process, please contact our Customer Support Service and they will send you a Special form, which you have to fill and return to us. This can only be done with direct credit card payments, otherwise payment information would have to be re-submitted with Pay Pal.
IF you want to ship to an alternate address, we recommend using Western Union or Direct Bank Transfer Service to avoid any processing delays.
Once you've clicked "PLACE AN ORDER BUTTON" you'll need to provide your billing and/or shipping information-. If this information is already I file, please check it. Make sure everything is correct. Then click on "Buy NOW" button. Be sure to review all of the information you provided, and make any necessary changes before clicking the "BUY NOW" button and go to the payment page(be sure to note: billing address must be entered exactly as it appears on your credit card statement or at Pay Pal). In the payment page we accept Pay Pal and Visa, MasterCard, American Express Diners Club International . If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes and fill the CVV2 box with the three-digit number printed on the back of your credit card. Then click "PAY" and place your order.
SHIPPING
*Where do we ship to?
We ship worldwide to over 80 countries through DHL Express Courier. Check our shipping costs, delivery times and shipping options at “shipping” page.
*Does the shipping cost depend on how many items I order?
Yes, we charge you exact sipping cost and to help you save money, we weight every item before it is offered at the store. At the end of your shopping, our system will automatically calculate the weight of the parcel and you will be charged an exact cost of it. How much does the shipping cost?

*Can you give me an approximate weight of the jeans and t-shirt?
The approximate weight of one pair of jeans is about 800 gr. One t-shirt is about 300 to 500 gr. Shoes are about 2-3 kg.
*Do I have to pay for Taxes and Customs Duties?
Unfortunately, in some cases, your country Custom and Revenue office may charge you taxes and duty. Please, be aware, that we could not be held responsible for any of this charges. To help you to avoid duty, we ship your item(s) as a "GIFT" and low commercial value. However, if the charges are applied, this is your responsibility to pay it.
*Why my order shipped in a few different parcels, and not at the same time?
We send large order is a few different parcels for few reasons. The main one is TO HELP YOU TO AVOID EXTRA DUTY AND TAXES- large parcels attract an attention of the custom officers and usually stopped for the evaluation. The Maximum weight of the parcel we ship is about 2 kg.
*I received a first part of my Order, what should I do?
Please, send an email to our customer support or contact us via Live Chat. The second part of your order will be shipped momentarily.
*To ship a few parcels cost more than one, who pay for it?
YES, to ship few parcels cost more than to ship one, HOWEVER, to help you to avoid Extra Charges, WE COVER THIS EXPENSE. It`s dos not cost you anything.
*Where’s my order?
If you wish to know the status of your order please click here and you can track your shipment with DHL. A page of DHL will appear and you can check the status of your order simply to entering your tracking number in the field.
*Do You ship FREE with the purchase of $200.00 and over?
YES, but to selected countries ONLY. Please, check the list of the countries at : Shipping page.
*Are your products covered by warranty ?

*When Will I Receive My Order?
We usually process orders within 24 hours, but in some cases ( If our Customer Service Representative experience a problem to contact you over the phone number you left-it can take longer.PLEASE, TAKE A NOT THAT WE NEED TO CONTACT YOU PRIOR WE SHIP THE ITEMS TO CONFIRM YOUR IDENTITY AND ADDRESS. To calculate when you will receive your order, you need to consider the processing. The estimated delivery time is 2-3 days Worldwide, however in some case, if parcel stopped at the custom for the evaluation, it may take longer.

If you provide a valid e-mail address when you order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been shipped.
*Check Your Order Status
After placing your order you will receive an email of confirmation which contains your order number and summary. You will also receive an email with the parcel’s tracking number soon after we ship your merchandise. Immediately after receiving the tracking number in your mailbox you'll see only the data of the departing origin. Please remember that some hours are necessary for every update of the tracking data.

We sell exclusively on-line, as in this way we are able to provide our designer products at accessible prices.
* do you have a catalog?
We unfortunately do not have a catalog as our product range is updated too frequently
* ...if I see a pair of shoes on the site that I want to order, but my size is not shown, will it still be available?
Unfortunately, if the size is no longer shown next to the picture of the product, it is unlikely that we can get it in. You can always get in touch with us to make sure though.
* I saw a product which is no longer online. Will you be getting it in again?
Normally, all products shown on the website are part of a one-time supply and so it is unlikely that we can get the same product in again. If there is something special you saw and can't find anymore, write us (info@loveandchic.com) and we'll try to see what we can do for you.
